TRAINING: Best of all, we set up the first 25 products for you, and train you on using the site. We’ll be there to make sure you understand the whole system before “going live”. We answer all support requests within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
TERMS: Our terms are 50% deposit on development costs at inception of project, with monthly payments for hours of work completed.
SCHEDULE: Delivery date is 6 to 12 weeks, providing that all materials from client are provided in an electronic format in a timely manner.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: In development of a website, we need full participation of client as we move through the development process for resolution of design issues, testing, and proof of concept.
SCOPE CHANGES: If the scope of work changes materially from the requirements outlined in the quote, or if client wishes additional functionality, we will create a Change Order with additional development costs estimated, to be approved by client before proceeding.
